• Referral Paperwork: We will have your referral agreement signed within 48 hours of receipt. Any insights or background you can share about your client are always appreciated.
• Client Contact: We will promptly reach out to your client and schedule a Zoom meeting as soon as possible. We are also happy to include you in a conference call if you feel that would help make your client more comfortable.
• Client Updates: We will keep you informed throughout the process—whether we’re helping a buyer find a home or preparing a listing for the market. If you ever have questions, please feel free to call us anytime.
• Commission & Closing: We will ensure your brokerage is included on the DA, and title will mail your referral fee after closing (or follow any alternative instructions you provide). We will also send you title details a few days prior to closing.
